招聘职位：IE Engineer-Medium Voltage Switchgear
Responsibility：
1. Plan, control and approve the layout considering of the optimize material flow and sufficient using of space.
2. Acquiring, developing, sustaining and implementing capability, capital and manufacturing technology for the plant, which includes acquisition and commission of new equipments, tools, fixtures etc.
3. Make the time study to define the standard time for each work station and assure or contribute to the line balance.
4. Supporting day-to-day production
5. Redaction & Archiving of Technical Documentation.
6. Regular updating the above mentioned Technical Documentation.
7. Support Manufacturing/Quality/Maintenance by providing Process Know-How & Expertise.
8. Support Manufacturing to do process trainingDevelop & Carry Out Process Improvement Projects, to improve or increase Plant Capacity, Process Yield, Product Quality, Safety/Health & Environmental Aspects of the Process.
Requirement：
1. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in switchgear area or equivalent.
2. University degree in industry engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical.
3. Capability for leading process improvement Projects / Capital Investment Projects, to improve/increase Plant Capacity, Process Yield, Product Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental Aspects of the Process.
4. Fluent English.
