Key Objectives:
l Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for leading payroll and master data team members to drive performance. Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external business colleagues.
l Ensure sufficient support and expertise to PC organisations within fields of compensation and benefits
l Ensure professional devleopment and execution of campaigns - e.g. bonus pay out, merit processes, etc.
l Ensure good cooperation with Key stakeholders
Key Products / responsibilities:
l Manage, lead, mentor and develop payroll and master data staff to maximize performance; create and build team environment while providing direction, knowledge and support with prioritization of work and allocation of resources to staff as needed. l Oversee ASP payroll and People Culture Information (PCI) to include accurate, efficient and timely delivery of payroll processing and tax reporting, collection and reporting of work hours and collection, maintenance, storage, analysis and reporting of employee data while assuring compliance (reporting, record keeping and administration) with local, state/provincial and federal governing agencies/laws.
l Consulting aid within CB to cross-functional projects, provide expertise in local incentives and benefits plans
l Manage CB process and policy
l Act as manager in campaign for bonus pay out, merit process, budget etc.
l Execution of CB program development and other Competence Center projects
l Act as link between Competence Center and External Providers
l Manage and meet Service Levels.
l Accurately process payroll on a monthly basis while maintaining regulatory compliance and processing within Vestas policies; generate manual checks as required
l Review/ audit payroll data for reasonableness, accuracy and completeness prior to processing payroll, utilizing SAP, and custom audit tools; resolve any invalid data
l Maintenance of payroll, tax and time reporting information on company intranet.
l Identify and champion technology based solutions to improve manual or inefficient processes
l Generate and distribute periodic payroll and tax reports as defined and expected
l Other duties and special projects as assigned to support department and corporate objective
