ROLE:
The Equipment Foreman is responsible for supervising and co-working with planners to schedule fixed and rotating Equipment maintenance in the whole plant including Lab, utilities area, process units, Class A & drumming warehouse, maintenance shops, etc..

Responsibilities:
* Supervise Equipment Repair Shop, including maintenance performed on fixed and rotating equipment by Equipment Technicians. Make sure equipment is repaired in a safe, cost effective, and timely manner. Maintain that Predictive Preventative Maintenance is performed on schedule.
* Co-work with planners to develop and execute weekly work schedule.
* Provide Equipment manpower to support Engineering projects for check-out and start up.
* Co-work with engineers to provide repairing/fabricating solutions to issues of static/rotating equipment.
* Attend Daily Line Up meeting. Working together with planners and maintenance coordinators to manage manpower and schedule works for the Equipment Maintenance work areas. Create daily schedule as a result of meeting for the following day.
* Manage contractors in areas including working efficiency/quality, performance review and scoring, etc.
* Attend Shutdown Planning Meetings. Review work orders for shutdowns and ensure parts and service is available. Coordinate man-power needed to ensure shutdown work can be completed.
* Order Parts and Repair Equipment components. Create Purchase Requisitions for parts ordering and repair of Equipment components sent out for repair or replacement. Add parts to Stores inventory when needed.
* Support the Safety Process. Takes roles as AA of areas include admin building, lab, drumming warehouse, maintenance shops, class A w/h and central stores. Follow Company safety policies. Ensure that Direct Reports or Contractors use appropriate personal protection Equipment for each task or job being preformed. Periodically review Direct Reports or Contractors’ Safe Work Permits. Spot check Direct Reports or Contractors jobs in the plant for safety.
* Follow All Corporate, Plant, and Departmental Policies and Procedures. Understand all policies and procedures. Communicate all policies and procedures to Direct Reports or Contractors.
* Maintain a Safe and Positive Work Environment. Maintain repair shop and work area housekeeping. Provide a positive example to all employees.
* Responsible for Contact Personnel Assigned to the Equipment Shop. Follow all Company and Contractor specific policies and procedures.
* Other duties as assigned.
