Job Description & Responsibilities:

Drive the implementation of a robust talent management framework and associated processes, tools and initiatives. Particularly focusing on the following across Hong Kong and Mainland China:

• Work closely with Leaders, Partners & Line of Service HR professionals to drive and execute talent management initiatives in the business;
• Identify talent across the firm by facilitating talent review, designing and developing necessary tools and process to ensure a quality process is in place;
• Work together with Learning & Development team to design, develop, implement and evaluate talent development programme;
• Track and monitor the development of talent and work with relevant internal/external parties to meet different talent needs;
• Maintain a talent database and regularly track and analyse key Talent Management measures;
• Develop (and where required present/facilitate) training and communication materials to support the upskilling/education of key stakeholders with regard to Talent Management and related activities;
• Share Talent Management experience with other territories within the PwC global network; and
• Participate in Cluster/Global Talent Management projects on need basis.

Reporting structure & key relationships:
Report to HR Director (Talent Pillar Leader)
Key relationship: Leaders, Partners, Line of Service HR, Learning & Development team

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related discipline;
• At least 12 years experience in Human Resources or Learning & Development, preferably in a multinational corporation. Previous experience or exposure in talent management is a must;
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in MS Excel;
• Strong project management skills, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines;
• Strong interpersonal skills, good team player with a positive attitude; and
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese). Putonghua an advantage.
