职位描述
1. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
(1) Manage the Quality Management team in Baotou to introduce maintain and improve the Quality Control processes in line with global best practice to achieve the objective of flawless deliveries of equipment manufactured.
(2) Coordinate the measurement of all aspects of the cost of poor quality in such a way as to effectively develop corrective and preventive actions based on facts to continually improve the production of flawless products.
(3) Work closely with other sections of Baotou to maintain all required facility certifications required for continued production, IEC Certification, MA Certification and ISO9001 Certification.
(4) To liaise with, Supply Quality in China, Tianjin Quality and the Global Quality teams to ensure the principles of quality management are seamless and effective communications are undertaken to maximize the available resources.
(5) Continued development and implementation of all excellence programs methods, processes, benchmarks, make continues program in workshop.
(6) Help on improve cycle time, productivity, 6S through method of operation excellence.
2. PREDOMINANT TASKS
(1) To drive the collection of data and the use of Quality tools to drive continuous improvement.
(2) Continual and effective communication with shop floor personnel to communicate the principles outlined in the Joy Global China’s quality policy and objectives and to get proactive systems improvement involvement from all levels of the workforce and all stakeholders.
(3) Will support other projects as required.
(4) Visit customer to investigate customer satisfaction, and solve problems.
(5) Will create related training material and provide trainings.
(6) Responsible for warranty issues of BT products.
(7) Responsible for monitoring operational benchmarks.
(8) Will provide reports and data as required.
