Role Description
Position: (Associate) Medical Manager
Reporting to: Medical Director
Working Location: Shanghai

Role Description
1. To be responsible for medical strategy of new products in Dietary Supplement (DS) category
2. To provide professional medical support to DS marketing including medical information support and post marketing study and technical training to PSRs, etc
3. To establish the relationship with KOLs in DS category
4. To be responsible for handling DS product's related inquiry/AE of PCH
5. To assist in NPD in DS category


Responsibilities
Medical Strategy
1. Develop medical strategy based on scientific insight in DS area
2. Initiate according medical projects to support business

Medical Information
1. Provide medical information service in the field of DS
2. Respond to medical inquiries from internal colleagues as well as external customers and maintain the filling system
3. Provide medical input to new product launch and promotion activities in DS area
4. Perform medical review of promotional materials for PCH China/Hong Kong/ Taiwan product portfolio as needed, ensuring high quality from scientific point of view
5. Assist to brief sales and marketing staff on updating of SOP's

Clinical Affair
1. Draft clinical trial protocol, reports and other documents according to GCP Guidelines/SFDA regulations/ PCH SOPs
2. Expedites the pre-study and study process
3. Supervise the product trial/studies according to GCP Guidelines/SFDA regulations/PCH SOP

AE
1. Collect local AE information and submit report to LSSU/GSSU/SFDA if needed
2. Monitor all AE in therapeutic area both in clinical trials and after launching
Medical Training
Give regular therapeutic/product medical training to sales/marketing team

KOL Relationship
1. Map and develop KOLs in DS field
2. Build up solid relationship with KOLs and relevant NGOs

People and Budget Management
1. Recruit, manage and develop subordinate
2. Control budget according to the request of PCH

Qualifications:
？Master or above degree with Medical/Nutrition related background
？At least 3 years medical affairs experience in JV or multinational company
？Experience in clinical project management
？GCP Knowledge / Have Knowledge of relevant China Drug & Food Administration regulation & policy are preferred
？Good ability of oral and written English
？Good inter-personal and communication skills
？Good problem solving skill
？Business acumen is strongly preferred
？People management experience is preferred
