3、英语的听说读写要求基本过关，具备4或6级证书。大专或本科毕业。

4、有团队意识，外出工作时需要带领一组人工作。

5、具有一定的沟通技巧，工作时会在不同的场合与客户打交道。

6、具有一定的独立工作的能力，具有较强的执行力。

7、需要在北京接受约1-2个月的岗前培训。

8。年龄不超过25岁， 男性优先。
