Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Database marketing or CRM expert to join a leading Global technology organization to coordinate with DPP and MSM, Unica specialists, data management team to provide total database strategy.
Key job responsibilities
Develop, document and present program database plan with strategic recommendations and insights that is relevant for Demand Programs teams
-Develop a communication plan to ensure Demand Program teams understand and are continuously aware of the progress and contribution of database marketing
-Leverage and communicate the key database marketing projects including Client Contact Initiatives, Audience Governance, Predictive Analytics, contact preference.
-Collaborate across the demand program team and MM community as required to improve touch management and response management across all Programs to deliver higher demand generation ROI
-Demonstrate deep understanding of campaign process and assists/manages team with campaign planning requirements, tracking and data quality.
-Collaborate closely with the Demand Programs team to provide value add services and insights by understanding and addressing their issues and pain points in a collaborative manner
-Understand and integrate disparate data sources into coherent views to provide customer-centric analyses and enable data-driven marketing program design.
-Ensure the highest quality customer and market information is used in creating marketing demand programs.
-Drive continual improvements in data integrity and hygiene
-Understands, promotes and utilizes predictive modeling in segmentation and execution efforts, and tests results to drive continuous improvement
-Communicate effectively in a matrix environment, ensuring complex database topics are easy to understand by entire marketing and communications team
-Promote and spearhead marketing automation as a major transformational effort that drives enhanced results
Requirements
Mandatory
Marketing/Communications/Business/Computer Science Bachelor Degree
Experience in large database environment
Middle SQL skill
Advanced Microsoft Excel and presentation skill
Strong written and verbal communication skills
3-5 yrs minimum experience in Database Marketing etc
Desirable
- Experience working in a large corporate organization
- MBA in marketing
- Experience in IT Industry/specific BU experience
- Advanced Unica experience
Personal qualities
