职位：Project Controller项目控制

汇报对象：执行董事、财务总监

工作地点：上海市及公司各项目现场

招聘人数：1人（男性）

职位描述

1.项目部的各项成本统计；

2.根据项目进度、报价文件编制项目预算；

3.编制项目财务报告，核算项目成本收入与进度的配比，做到及时预警并汇报公司管理层，；

4.指导项目部财务人员正确制作项目现金报表并定时抽查执行情况；

5.办理外出经营项目的税务备案和经营地开票、缴税；

6.维护公司开票及收款台账，催收到期未收的货款；

7.协助财务总监月初结账和完成部分新加坡报表；

8.领导交办的其他事宜。

应聘岗位的基本要求

1.大专以上学历，财务、会计教育背景，至少3年以上项目控制工作经验；

2.能理解相关财务英文报表、能写英文信函、进行英文交流；

3.能熟练应用Office、Excel、用友等办公软件；

4.具有良好协调和沟通能力；

5.有责任心和进取心，吃苦耐劳、积极肯干；

6.可以出差。

Shanghai Hertel Yanda Installation Engineering Co., Ltd is a joint venture company between Dutch Hertel group (holding) and Yanda Construction Co., Ltd. with location at Shanghai Feng Xian Chemical Industrial Park.
