岗位职责：

1. 在物资供应部部长领导下，负责物资的采购、提货、接收、运输、贮存、驻厂、现场使用、货源落实、材料到库、调拨、合同订货等工作。

2 .负责采购物资的质量。

3 .负责采购物资价格的合理性，降低采购成本。

4 .负责执行经济合同法，承担经济损失。

5. 负责签订物资采购合同。

具体要求如下:

1.贯彻、执行国家有关物资政策、财经制度与经济合同法，做好请款、报销、结算等工作。

2.在采购、订货过程中做到按计划要求采购，不产生新的积压。

3.在进行价格调查与采购优选过程中，防止盲目采购与价格过高的现象发生。

4.根据材料计划员提供的材料计划要求实施采购，并建立采购台帐并及时进入SAP系统。

5.进行市场调查，掌握物资供求信息，及时向公司领导汇报。

6.降低采购成本，减少运输费、包装费、差旅费等费用。

7.了解并掌握市场行情，协助工程项目及经营处做好商务询价及报价工作。

8.在从事本职工作中，做到业务熟练、工作勤奋、细心、周到、廉洁、奉公。

9.完成上级领导临时交办的各项工作。

Shanghai Hertel Yanda Installation Engineering Co., Ltd is a joint venture company between Dutch Hertel group (holding) and Yanda Construction Co., Ltd. with location at Shanghai Feng Xian Chemical Industrial Park. The company provides multi-disciplined industrial services mainly for oil/gas and process industries. Our services (including construction, installation of E/I, engineering and construction of tracing and insulation, maintenance, etc.) are a crucial part of new-built or maintenance of oil and gas companies.
