Position Title: Site Supervisor现场主管-水/压缩空气/防火
Reports To: General Site Manager

As the Eisenmann representative you will ensure the installation of (part) plants on the erection site at the customer:

? Supervision of the sub-subcontractors and the progress of erection on the site while guaranteeing safety
? Ensuring rectification of defects and the related documentation thereof
? Ensuring that deadlines are met
? Holding interface meetings with design engineering/coordination/project management
? Holding customer consultations on the scope of the erection site (on expert and deadline subjects)
? Managing materials and logistics on the site
? Preparation of customer acceptances and familiarization of customer staff
? Keeping the daily construction records, status reports, fault reports, documentation of cost increases and reductions


Your job profile:
? Bachelor's Degree or above (or the similar level) in project management, mechanical engineering, HVAC or other technical major;
? 5+ years working experience in pure water/compressed air/fire protection, with minimum 2 years of project management or site management;
? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
? Proficient in reading the drawings like flow chart, layout, assembly drawing, etc. (both in hard copy and in digital);
? Knowledge of spoken and written English
? Mobility and willingness to travel to project assignments
?80-90% travel within China
