大致工作地点：四川省成都市龙泉驿区成龙大道和车城西五路交界处。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• According to the customer business plan, coordinate with all related parties to work out the daily/weekly vehicles receiving and dispatching plan;
• To lead the operation team to handle the vehicles according to established SOPs ( Standard Operational Procedures );
• To follow up all related company polices and requirements;
• To implement the training program for the yard operation team;
• To monitor all VPC facilities and report any non-conformities;
• To review SOPs regularly and propose the improvement solutions;
• To support VPC manager to work out the improvement actions, and implement;
• To ensure operational KPIs being in line with the set target;
• Other tasks as assigned.

COMPETENCES:

• 25-35 years of age;
• College degree or above;
• Good English in listening, speaking and writing;
• Experienced user of MS office ( Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.);
• Min. 5 years working experience in vehicles handling or maintenance;
• Accept overtime & shift work;
• Good understanding of vehicle and vehicle logistics quality control;
• Good team player and ability to lead the team;
• Good communication skills with both internal and external parties;
• Car driving license is required.
