大致工作地点：四川省成都市龙泉驿区成龙大道和车城西五路交界处。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide leadership, strategy and direction to a highly motivated VPC team and distribution team;
• Plan, organize and direct VPC activities, as well as distribution from VPC;
• Responsible for the activities from vehicles receiving at factory, shuttling, storage, maintenance, till vehicles to be delivered to dealers;
• Promote WoW (quality system) principles and reinforce management system disciplines;
• Ensure customer satisfaction;
• Ensure operational KPIs being controlled in line with the target;
• Maintain compliance with all legal requirements;
• Ensure that efficiency standards are met and/or exceeded;
• Identify and implement cost reduction activities;
• Accountable for the VPC related spending;
• Others tasks as assigned.
  

COMPETENCES:

• University degree or equivalent study experience;
• Minimum 5 years experience in vehicle logistics industry, experiences in vehicles distribution and/or warehousing is preferred;
• Minimum 3 years experience in manager position in logistics industry;
• Good understanding of vehicle logistics quality control;
• Good team player and ability to lead the team;
• Good communication skills with both internal and external parties;
• More than 3 years car driving license is required;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Experienced user of MS office ( Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
