职位描述：
1. Develop plant level business plan and ensure Chengdu Plant long term sustainable development by working with all Chengdu departments, FEU, Finance and Product Management;发展工厂的业务计划，同成都工厂其它部门合作以确保成都工厂长期持续发展
2. Develop Chengdu plant operating philosophy to meet company’s business target;发展成都工厂运营体系以达到公司的业务目标
3. Work with aerospace and HPC FEU team to understand aerospace and precision customers’ expectation and identify business opportunities for Chengdu plant; play a key role to lead new business load与航空业及精密产品客户服务小组一起工作以理解航空及精密客户的期望，并识别成都工厂的商业机会。在新业务的导入过程中扮演关键角色。
4. Take charge of communication with major customers and handle customer complaint about products quality, delivery; Enhance shop floor operation comply with regulation standard, including AS9100, NADCAP负责与主要的客户沟通，处理客户关于产品质量和发送方面的抱怨;确保车间运行遵守规章的要求，比如AS9100和NADCAP的要求
5. Maintain good communication with Lebanon plant and other sister plants to ensure the powerful technical and engineering support from them; 与黎巴嫩工厂和其它兄弟工厂保持良好的沟通确保从他们得到权威的技术和工程支持
6. Ensure all operating metrics for the plant including on-time delivery, quality, cost, throughput, inventory and safety are met in accordance with the yearly operating plan; Play key role in SIOP(Sales, Inventory, Operation, Planning) meeting确保整工厂包括及时交货，质量，成本，产量，库存和安全等运营指标与年度经营计划相一致；在SIOP会议中扮演关键角色。
7. Provide leadership, direction for all operative associates for production and related business. This includes the tasks of equipment setup and run, quality inspection, gauging setup and calibration, tooling management, heat treat, grinding, assembly, and packaging;领导生产线员工有效开展生产及相关业务，这其中包括了设备的安装和运行、质量检查、量具设置和校准、工装管理、热处理、磨削、装配、包装等任务；
8. Develop a lean culture that drives standard work, 5S, and flow production. Ensure associates are engaged in continuous improvement and that they have learning opportunities to build their skills and improve the companies’ performance;推动精益文化以促进标准工作、5S、流水生产。确保公司所有员工不断参与持续改进，确保为员工提供学习的机会以提高其技能，从而改进公司的绩效；
9. Take an active role in conjunction with the HR manager in the hiring, training, and retention of all operative associates;与人力资源经理在招聘、培训、保留操作性员工方面积极配合；
10. Lead cross functional problem solving activities including engineering, quality and supply chain, etc.

11. Mentor and coach other managers to continually improve the management capabilities in the plant;领导、指导其他经理持续不断地提高管理能力；
12. Provide the overall management of the facility in the absence of the General Manager.当总经理不在时，对整个工厂进行全面管理。
13. Be responsible for safety performance of whole manufacturing shop by cooperating with EHS engineer to identify and eliminate hazardous resources and ultimately reduce risks;
协助EHS工程师就整个制造车间的安全生产进行危险源识别以到达风险最小化
14. Oversee manufacturing shop ergonomic condition and ensure continues improvement;
检查制造车间人机工程情况并确定可持续改进的顺利进行
15. Ensure the environment impact factors get effective controls to conform local and Timken global standard by cooperating with engineering, facility maintenance and EHS;
在制造工程，厂务、设备维护及EHS协助下，确保制造车间环境因素在符合当地及铁姆肯全球标准的情况下得到有力控制
16. Cooperate with EHS and HR to educate shop floor associates with appropriate EHS knowledge and to enhance awareness;
协助EHS和人事部完成对车间员工就EHS知识以及提高意识的培训和教育
17. Stop any unsafe activity no matter it’s conducted by Timken associates, contractors, customers or any other visitors. Report any EHS related nonconformance to company. Refuse to work in unsafe way.
有阻止针对铁姆肯员工，供应商，客户或者其他访客的不安全行为的义务;报告不符合公司EHS规定的行为的义务;有拒绝不安全状态下工作的权利.
