Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Lead Core Commercial Cycle process in Oral Care
1. Own and lead CCC process in the BU of Oral Care
2. Drive continuous process improvement
3. Own demand forecasting system
Provides robust and disciplined demand forecasting process for Oral Care:
1. Lead Demand Review and CRM meeting process to get consensus short/Long term sales volume forecast including Sell in/underlying forecast.
2. Monitor and discipline demand forecasting operation process.
3. Forecasting KPI tracking and improvement actions.
4. Play as a key user to maintain demand forecasting system
Coordinate Supply chain to support NPI launch
1. Lead to complete Item master file for new product
2. Work with MKT on NPI volume forecast
3. Maintain NPI product into demand forecasting system, Manugistic system, JDE system etc.
4. Support Supply Chain team to ensure successful NPI launch
Partner with supply planner to support business growth and deliver customer service target with optimal inventory level
1. Closely work with supply planner to reflect the latest demand change
2. Lead communication with commercial team on the demand plan adjustment when face supply constraints
3. Timely highlight aging stock and engage commercial team with stock digesting actions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in Commercial or economic
? Above 3 years demand planning or S&OP experience, working experience in FMCG business is preferred
? Professional planning & analytical skills, good at scenario analysis, root causing and finding solutions
? Knowledge of both corporate and appropriate commercial operation guidelines/principles. Project management experience is preferred
? Experience on use of ERP system such as JDE, Oracle, SAP, etc
? Superior skill on Microsoft office
? Fluent Written English, ideally good at oral as well
? Open & proactive mindset, super communication skill, Actively promote the integration of functional activities and generation of team spirit
? Fast learning ability under pressure
? Strong & sharp insight & analytical skill, logical and of good internal control sense
