岗位职责/Job Description

1.负责公司现金、票据及银行电汇等出纳工作。

Responsible for the company's cashier work, including cash, bills and T/T etc.

2. 报销单据制作凭证，协助会计做好各种财务的处理工作。

Making Payment accounting voucher, assist the accountant to do financial work.

3.打印凭证、装订凭证、凭证归档工作。

Print vouchers, binding and filing.

4.负责公司银行、税务、工商及对外各事项的办理。

Deal with the company's bank, taxation, industry and commerce on-site matters.

5.协助进口清关和物流工作，主要是准备标准单据和联络。

Assist to do the customs clearance and logistics work,such as preparing standard documents and making contact.

6.主管要求的其他事务.

Other tasks assigned by financial manager.

岗位要求/Job requirements

1.1年以上财务、会计相关岗位工作经验，必须有会计上岗证。

At least one-year working experience in finance and accounting related position, accountant certificate is a must.

2.英语听说熟练.

Good ability of English speaking & listening.

3.熟悉现金管理及银行结算，熟悉金蝶财务软件操作。

Familiar with the cash management and bank settlement, familiar with Kingdee financial software operation

4.熟练使用办公软件。有进出口贸易公司工作经验者优先。

Familiar with office software. Import and export trade company working experience is preferred.

5.认真仔细，诚实正直。良好的职业操守及团队合作精神。较强的沟通和协调能力。
