职位描述
Purpose of the job:
· Provides a wide variety of customer service to customers including order management ,complaint handling as well as customer communications about products etc.
· Professional & effective sales to support sales department for meet customer satisfaction
· Internal communication cross-functional.
Key Tasks:
· Is responsible for whole order processing.
· Is responsible for daily sales supports (sample, documentation, order list, customer profile…)
· Is responsible customer database as well as credit and price control.
· Is responsible for Sales claim handling
· Is responsible for support account receivable (SAR),
· Is responsible for coordinating cross functions to provide better customer service (QE, Logistic, Accounting etc)
· Is responsible for closely communicate with customers such as customer visit.
· Continuous learning on UPM Raflatac products and services in order to advise customers with the most updated knowledge.
· Works according to company regulations and according to the ISO procedures.
Prerequisites:
· College degree
· Work experience min 2 years in related field
· Languages - English level 3-4
