Job Summary
Provide reception support and general office administration duties
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate telephone switchboard and process all incoming calls in a timely, professional and polite manner
- Register of Visitor and visitor badge management
- Jot down messages when colleagues are busy or out of office
- Daily record, Sort and distribute mail to all related persons
- Keep daily expense records and make admin daily expense application
- Keep records of conference room info
- Keep the environment of conference room and office basic equipment repair
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks assigned
- Provide a warm and polite reception/farewell to incoming or outgoing guests and visitors
- Provide a professional and polite response to any enquiries posed at the reception desk
- Working on time
Qualifications
- College degree or above
- Ability to handle lots of telephone calls
- Good appearance and telephone
- Pleasant, Initiative, Mature, Punctual
- Basic English and good Mandarin
- Basic Computer Skills
- Good Communication Skills
