JOB DESCRIPTION 1.Monitor and maintain CMM accuracy and repeatability via regular calibration and certifications and precision artifact runs.

2.Troubleshoot and communicate problems with fixtures, probes, and other aspects of CMM daily operations.

3.Regular interaction with the Global Process Owner to ensure process integrity, process and product change control, and to share best practices

4.Support the implementation of CMM process

5.Assist with the support of machining operations

6.Complete the job assignment from supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum three years’ experience of CMM/ CNC programming or machining is required

· Familiar with fixture and tooling application

· Experiencing in machining drawing, geometrical tolerances and measuring technology.

· Additional related work experience is a plus specifically in Zeiss/Calypso CMM programming and operation.

· Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak and write fluent English.

· Six-Sigma experience is a plus, specifically in the area of SPC and other quality tools.

· Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or measuring technology or applied math equivalent.

· Advanced technical degree is one plus

· Experience with tolerances less than 0.0025mm is a plus.

Must be willing to support the operation during the night and on weekends.
