Position Summary:

Through improving manufacturing process and then standardizing them continually, to reduce manufacturing cost and improve efficiency. Support to introduce the new product to the production line. Production line trouble shooting and produc quality analysis, improvement

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Continual improvement in the manufacturing process, productivity and quality of unitary and light commercial air condition products.

2. Prepare the process for the new product as well as the fixtures, tools; suggestion/advice to desing team for design for assembly when a new product is in the design process.

3. Support production line running normally: production line trouble shooting; inspection on production process discipline etc.

4. Push and implement lean production. Improve the production line by lean production tools and then standardize the operational process

5. Assit relative product quality analysis and prevent the quality issue happening again (standardize the process)

6. Lead production line improvement project, prepare for the technical specification, and implement the project

7. Complete the job from superior

Job Requirements:

· Major in Refrigeration/mechanical engineering, bachelor degree

· 5 years work experience at least and 2 year in HVAC industry

· Be familiar with the air condition manufacturing process and the process requirements, the main parts’ working principle

· Lean production and 6 sigma experience

· Skills of Pro-E or Inventor is a plus

· Written and spoken Engilish skill is good

· Can be self motivation and communicate with operators
