Major Accountabilities

1. Install, configure and maintain IT infrastructure according to corporate guidelines and standards to both office and retail shops.

2. Maintain MS AD, Proxy, SCCM. FEP and WSUS.

3. Support POS system and database for both retail and inventory management

4. Provide helpdesk, hardware and network support and troubleshooting to office users

5. Organize and implement local and corporate ICT projects in collaboration and agreement with corporate IT

6. Plan and optimize local ICT support scheme under company ICT framework

Job Requirements

Preferred Education & Qualifications

1. Education Level: bachelor degree or above

2. Subject of Studies: Information & Technical Management, Computer System, etc.

Expected Experiences

1. At least 4 years experiences in MS Windows system administration, experience in ERP/POS data support in retail industry will be a plus

Personal Competencies

1. Solid skill of MS SQL server database administration and management

2. Able to respond to requests in an efficient and professional way

3. Excellent customer relationship management and able to work independently

4. Strong sense of responsibility and can work under pressure

5. Good planning and operation skills with minimal supervision

6. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

7. Self-motivated, personal integrity and detail-focus

8. Service oriented with good team spirit
