Job Responsibilities:

· Report to the Retail Manager and manage store daily operations such as sales, expense control, staff recruitment, training, inventory management, security, safety etc

· Lead and motivate team to members to achieve sales target and maintain high standard of customer service

· Prepare and consolidate different sales reports

· Formulates monthly/annual sales forecasts and participates in the determination of market potential

· Monitor the inventory level and follow up on routine tasks

· Assist in handling ad hoc projects

· Identify the training needs of employees and oversee their implementation

· Identify store needs and propose idea to enhance the efficiency of overall store operation

Requirements:

· Degree holder in related discipline

· Minimum 10 years relevant experience with minimum 5 years at managerial level and preferable in international luxury fashion brands

· Excellent communications & interpersonal skills

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
