工作职责：
1.负责拼箱货的确认和操作跟踪
2.客户的电话联系和回访维护工作，了解客户进出口情况，尽可能争取新的潜在业务
3.应对客户有关业务的查询要求，并给予积极的回应和解决方案
4.负责处理一般的海外或者国内客户的投诉案例
5.为公司销售部门提供销售支持工作
6.协助处理操作流程中的紧急突发事件


职位要求：
1.在国际货代行业担任至少2年以上海运出口客服经验（拼箱为主），有主管经验
2.熟练掌握海运出口领域专业知识，熟悉海运出口SOP流程
3.客户服务意识强，具备良好的人际沟通、客户关系管理维护技巧，以及处理突发事件应变能力
4.具备良好的英文听说写能力
