工作职责：
1.负责物流具体业务操作，完成合同样本制作，进行相关财务结算

2.对正式推出的物流和项目产品进行跟踪、维护和数据统计

3.协助物流主管做好业务培训和质量管理方面的工作

4.作为客户沟通窗口，确保内、外部沟通顺畅

岗位要求：

1.3年以上外资国际物流公司物流客服经验，熟练掌握第三方物流操作知识

2.工作细致认真、积极主动

3.具备良好的人际沟通、客户关系管理维护技巧，以及处理突发事件的应变能力

4.具备良好的英文听说写能力
