Position: Inventory Specialist/Controller
Location: Hongqiao Shanghai
Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager


Main Responsibilities and deliverables:
Safety
- Ensure a pro-active safety approach is adhered to working environment.
- Ensure activities within office operation areas, are in line with all legislative requirements, particularly as they related to Safety

Inventory Optimization
- Goods receiving upon warehouse collects container within 24 hours.
- Make sure customer order "Line Fill Rate" is greater than 90%
- In transit stock prediction and pre-allocation
- Manufacturing order prioritization
- Chasing customer order shortage
- Manage goods return to supplier

Reporting
- Preparation of inventory report, E&O report and other ad hoc reports within established deadlines and assists management decision-making

Sarbanes Oxley
- Ensure all activities performed & met Sarbanes Oxley requirements and are in line with the company’s Schedule of Authority

Communication Objectives
- Customer Services, Distribution Center, and Supply chain coordination

Qualifications:
- Bachelors/University degree required.
- 2 years working experience in supply chain management.
- Familiar with MRP/ ERP system.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Outlook etc.).
- Strong project management, process and conceptual skills.
- A team player
