Responsibilities:

- Identify needs by conduct in-depth marketing study with professional tools to have a clear and accurate understanding of the VM market

- Identification and implementation of Trane technologies and applications, which can be integrated to company？ˉs sales package and platform

- Work closely with PM/Engineering/R&D team to drive innovative products and systems that enable Trane to achieve VM market leading position

- Lead VM solution team, and evaluate third party？ˉs technology or product and integrate them

- Manage VM technical solution￡？promote and deliver training of related solution

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree qualified in HVAC/Refrigerant Engineering or other related

- Over 5 years of solution& design working experience in air-conditioning industry, with recent 3 years in HVAC company？ˉs related position;

- Able to provide expert solution and customer communication

- Strong solutions / service knowledge with business understanding & market knowledge

- Frequent traveling is required.

- Soft Skills:

o Result-oriented and high sense of initiative

o Good presentation skills

o Good team player

o Good ability to interact with people at different levels

o Good written and spoken English, CET-6 preferred

o Skilled in use of Auto CAD
