职位描述
Job Description:
1. Deploy Market Coverage (MC) standard works in territories, and continually refresh and audit/review to improve utilization, data accuracy and timeliness.
2. Provide operational support to territories to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency, improve daily supervision and data integrity.
3. Regularly monitor and report key MC metrics and proactively work with countries on actions to build pipeline.
4. Provide analytics and insights from MCS to improve country, product, vertical knowledge
5. Solicit country feedback and improve user experience, and work with IT to refine MCS (input) and OBI (output) systems.
6. Support in training to improve market coverage understanding for better utilization
7. Support in strategic information needs for business planning and reporting
Job Requirements:
1. Results & details oriented, independent, collaborative, initiative, strong accountability
2. Minimum 5 years of sales and market analytics experience is preferred
3. Strong analytical skill and knowledge of data reporting and analytic tools & technologies (Customer Relationship Management system)
4. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build constructive relationships with distribution offices
5. Experience in developing CRM similar system & tools is an advantage
6. Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) environment
7. Proficient in both English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
