Objectives：
To be the bridge between TBR operational marketing and supply chain
Works closely with sales team to monitor the market in order to create an accurate demand forecast for our products
Ensures that the right product is produced at the right time in the right quantities to meet customer demand
Models and acts in accordance with Giti guiding principles.

Main Responsibility:
Is responsible for coordinating the activities of regional planners for data collection and analysis concerning demand forecast.
Question persons to obtain evidence of various demand planning inputs from appropriate sources
Is responsible for liaising with operational marketing team to have a clear understanding of market vision
Evaluate buying patterns of key customers and predict how company should react to product phase-in, phase-out, warrantee, availability, demand shifts, promotions, events, and competitive products
Use collected data and established market vision for the creation, and deployment of a monthly demand forecast plan for TBR products.
Conduct background investigations of forecasts against actual for forecast accuracy and bias and against former forecasts cycle over cycle to identify and explain all major differences
Working closely with supply chain to ensure plant loading is adjusted in line with sales forecasts and the phasing in and out of products.
Confer and present evidence to established officials in Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Finance

Specifics:
Specialist and Product is essential
5 years experience, Customer, market, channel knowledge and experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bi-lingual in English and Chinese
Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Office as position requires extensive use of Excel to manage large data sets
