岗位目标(Purpose)

Staff will lead the application development team in the design and development phases of the SDLC of various E-Business projects.

职责描述(Responsibilities)

Analyze and define interfaces; design data models, classes, components, and subsystems.

Design & develop critical components of software applications.

Team leading and staff mentoring.

Develop proof-of-concept application prototypes.

Plan and conduct formal reviews of design models and code quality of team members.

Create and develop design and programming guidelines and standards.

任职资格（Qualification）

5+ years of software development related working experiences,including minimum 4 years of hands-on software development experience with C#.Net

Proficient in C#.Net, ASP.NET MVC 4 and MS-SQL 2008 and knowledge in DotNetNuke, Sprint.Net, NHibernate and NUnit

Pervious working experience in e-commerce web projects is highly advantageous.

Pervious team leading experience with Scrum methodology is advantageous.

Strong training and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently in distributed teams and in Global Projects;

Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.

Ability to prioritize, manage and execute on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to mentor and direct more junior members of the team.

Ability to integrate procedural steps and processes with technical requirements and system functions to assure successful delivery of work.
