职位描述

1.Key Responsibilities:
Propose a sales strategy for the next years
Identify new market segments
Keep updated about market trends (market survey, benchmark, etc.)
Prepare market plan for the next 2 years

2.Drive performance of sales organization
Set action plan in line with sales strategy
Define sales organization and human resources needed
Recruit, integrate and motivate managers
Set and follow-up targets/priorities of regional sales managers
Develop sales and technical skills of his team
Ensure discipline and fair treatment of staff

3.Manage a team of Regional Channel Sales Managers
Recruit, integrate and motivate team members
Set and follow-up regional targets
Set action plan in line with market structure (distributors / resellers / end-users)
Develop sales and technical skills of his team
Ensure discipline and fair treatment of staff

4. Manage relations with key distribution partners
Manage the relationship with the assigned distributor to ensure alignment with company objectives (turnover growth, gross margin)
Review progress on a regular basis and take corrective actions
Organize incentive programs for distributors and resellers

5. Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Education Background: Minimum Bachelor degree Electrical Engineering or equivalent, or Business - with Major in Technical sales, Building & Construction Management discipline
Working Experience: At least 10 years in B2B technical Sales and five years and above of Sales management or Team
Leadership experience, Ideally in the Low voltage manufacturing/distribution and/or Construction Materials & Equipment sales / distribution/ maintenance operations
Professional skills:Extensive knowledge in customer service, professional Sales
management / sales reporting and Key Account / Distributor management
?Leadership Style: Hands-on sales leader (MNC culture), structured team leadership style, promoting performance, accountability through delegation, coaching and motivation of sales team
?Fluency required in spoken and written English
