Job Description

• Leading BPM projects at client site to achieve the desired business results


• Lead the BPM capability development (people, process, technology)within Greater China


• Collaborate with process owners and process leads to create a culture that creates better decision making by applying BPM methods and tools


• Lead, coach, train and mentor client teams in the use of BPM tools and processes and assist them in solving complex process problems


• Train and mentor process consultants throughout the organization providing guidance and direction


• Developing business process architectures to support business strategies and objectives


• Supporting business process design, implementation and improvement initiatives


• Designing end to end, current state and future state process flows


• Gathering requirements, documenting process flows and facilitating workshops in support
  of business transformation, SAP, and Oracle projects


• Business Process related KPI development and benchmarking

• 9+ years of progressive industrial or management consulting experience


• 5+ years leading large business transformation or BPM programs in Greater China area


• Experience in capability development in the area of Operations , Business Transformation


• Manufacturing, Supply Chain experience desired


• Deep understanding of process governance, process strategy, process design and analysis


• Possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach


• Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with expertise in BPM techniques


• Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology and process implications and value
  of BPM


• Maintain networks and relationships to keep abreast of competitors’ activities and
  develop and maintain effective business relationships in the industry.


• Should be diplomatic, flexible, and can influence the “C” level client executives


• Can manage and lead a project team onshore / off shore, and to ensure that deliverables are met with quality and in a timely fashion


• Responsible for performance management of the project team.


• Expertise in wide variety of BPM tools /assets such as ARIS, Case wise, Pega etc


• Experience in ERP implementations such as SAP, Oracle


• Good oral and written English, and PowerPoint & Excel skills.

• Science and technology undergraduate degrees


• MBA / Master’s degrees


• Oversea or MNC working experience


• Mandarin, Japanese and Korean / English bi-lingual abilities
