From data to analytics and insights to actions, our forward-thinking consultants provide analytically-informed, issue-based insights at scale to help our clients improve outcomes and achieve high performance.
Overall Purpose of Role
Identify potential improvements and value proposition to the client and shape the services we can provide, mainly on the analytics strategy; define the procedures to apply the improvements and the metrics to review the impact of the improvement, lead implementation of the improvement. Define, develop and implement a continuous improvement methodology.
Responsible for defining the KPI and SLA’s and create recommendations and propose enhancements to allow planning and supply team to focus on key areas for the client
Key responsibilities
Identify value levers and estimate business benefits of applying Analytical methodology
Craft value proposition and proof of value approaches
Gather client’s market intelligence and share with Analytics Capability Role to understand data issues
Translate business requirements into analytic problem and define correct analytics approach, balancing rigorous scientific analysis with business needs or even constraints
Define success indicators
Agree with the client a calendar of implementations
Coordinate the implementation with technical team, BPO team and client
Support development of new client opportunities with both existing clients and prospective new clients.
Educate clients and team members from outside the Analytics practice on end-to-end services and software solutions that integrate the business value of predictive analytics into the fabric of business decision making.
Ability to explain detailed topics to senior management
Basic:
Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics or similar university degree
Experience in a consulting/client
Analytics:
Data Mining
Text Mining
Optimization
Predictive Modelling
Forecasting/ extrapolation
Statistical analysis
Experience in Business processes: retail, consumer goods or high tech industry
Language skills (Spanish, English written and spoken)
Experienced user on MS Office Tools
Advanced level in any statistical tools (R / SAS / JMP / Crystal Ball / Matlab / SPSS)
Preferred:
Master in Supply Chain Management or similar (APICS)
Six sigma black, yellow, green belt degree
Proficient in Demand and Supply Planning techniques
Six Sigma, Total quality Management or ISO9000 experience
Experience with an Advanced Dem
