Job Description
Our EPM practice is currently looking out for consultants to join our dynamic and growing practice. We are looking at individuals with FP&A Shared Services experience with a deep understanding of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting experience and expertise of the reporting function
Key responsibilities include
Analyze the PBF and Reporting process of the client and recommend improvements
Identify value and non-value added process steps and formulate To-Be processes based on optimized solution
Benchmark processes with the best in the industry and relevant peer set
Conduct Health Check of the PBF and reporting functions
Help define the SLA’s required to build the Centre of Excellence
Advise clients through the global shared services planning, deployment and management lifecycle
Guide clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs, and hybrid sourcing relationships
Establish improvement reporting and metrics governance structures and operating models
Troubleshooting and resolving issues
Working with and training business users
Extensive travel required
Basic Qualifications:
One to three years of experience in Budgeting/Forecasting and/or Financial Reporting/Analysis processes
Bachelor's Degree required, Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA)
Prior consulting or EPM project background in Setting up of Shared services
80-100% travel is required for this position.
Experience with financial tool set(s) (Oracle, Peoplesoft, Hyperion, SAP, Cognos, SAS)
Excellent communication skills – strong written, oral presentation and personal skills to build strong and lasting client relationships
Extensive experience in Microsoft Office product suite
