Overall Purpose of the Job
The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for processing all the T&E related transactions on behalf of the client.
Main Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing:
Responsibility for activities assigned by the T&E Processing Team Lead
Processes transactions of medium to difficult complexity
Respond to vendor / client inquiries.
Ensures that all invoices assigned are properly accounted for at the end of each business day.
Processing and validating approval of T&E reports,
Receives invoices and supporting documents from client site
Responsible for checking of invoices by following client’s policies bef
