Department：Product Development & Technical Support

Report to： Greater China Baking Center Manager

Overview:

Produce, search and provide relevant technical information to other technician staff, sales staff and customers. This can include theory training, production of technical files, technical translation of group articles or other sources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce the appropriate technical documents relevant to the needs of the Department. This includes internal files (training), magazines and web articles.

- Establish and maintain technical data about our products, ingredients, processes, the market, legislation, sales argumentation, and translation

- Participate to the technical intelligence (new products, process, application, development in the baking industry, etc.)

- Run theory training with the established documents; topics include Lesaffre products (yeast, improvers, taste products such as LV1, F100, etc), baking ingredients, bread baking and mantou steaming processes, baking and steaming markets.

- Organize and coordinate special events

Requirements:

- College/university degree in one of the following fields: food industry, milling, biochemistry or biology

- Fresh graduate welcome

- The incumbent must be proactive, well organized, highly integrated and a good communicator & team player

- Good command of English, fluent in speaking and writing, French speaking will be a plus.

- Good PC processing skills is requested

- Good communication skill (oral and written)

- Good organization skill
