职位描述
Job Scope:
· Customer service focus with responsible for answering and arranging deliveries to our customers;
· Handle all customer enquiries not limited to transportation, supply scheduling, product quality, after sales services etc.;
· Oversee sales order processes and ensure flawless delivery documentation process through the ERP system;
· Issue Shipping Instructions and coordinate delivery between the factories and various VMI hubs in China;
· Monitor cargo arrival status and follow up with goods receipt in ERP;
· Ensure smooth billing completion (within 1 day against cargo arrival date);
· Collect Proof Of Delivery from the trucking company;
· Communicate with internal Finance team in Shanghai for VAT invoice verification (for China customers);
· Update system to generate billing invoice after completed shipment. Filing practice comply to SOX requirement with full set documents i.e. customer PO, S/I, POD and Invoice.
Requirements:
? University graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience;
? Knowledge of INCOTERM;
? Good communication and interpersonal skills;
? Able to work in independently, under pressure and in an efficient manner;
? Proficiency in MS applications, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook;
? Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
