Roles & Responsibilities
？ Daily Support and maintenance for the client’s application, CranSoft
？ User provision
？ Routine maintenance
？ Bug fixing
？ Troubleshooting
？ Working in shifts required.
？ Support Data Migration
？ Provide support for the client’s data migration project as required;
？ Define validation rules and report for the migration
？ Handling communication with Japanese speaking end-users and the project team.
Experience (No of years) 4+ years experiences with SQL programming, ETL report
Desired Skills 1. Solid interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact effectively with both technical and managerial audiences;
2. Clear and strong customer focus and relationship;
3. Good Analytical & Coordination skills are essential;
4. Flexibility and ability to prioritise competing demands;
5. Willing to working in shifts;
6. Strong work ethic, combined with ability to work independently;
7. Must be flexible and able to accommodate occasional off-hours work;
8. Ability to perform in adverse situations.
9. A good team player, willing to share knowledge with other team members.
Technical Skill 1. Strong knowledge on SQL Database, and SQL programming;
2. Good knowledge on ETL tools, CranSoft experiences preferred;
3. Good knowledge on problem solving approaches
4. Understanding the daily operation and delivery processes
5. Focus on delivering results
6. Japanese language skills, prefer have technical background;
7. Good English communication skill is a plus;
Management Skills
1. Skills in written and verbal communication.
Mandatory Skills
1. Japanese skill Verbal and written;
2. Knowledge of SQL programming;
3. ETL tools experiences;
4. Good communication skills and customer management experience;
5. Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision;
6. Willing to accommodate occasional off-hours work;
7. Ability of handle troubleshooting by self.
