职位描述
Position: Senior Equipment Leader
Department: China Operation
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities of the position:
1. Make the equipment & facility list throughout china plant, collect relative information,
such as, acceptance date, key parameters and capacity, occupy area, power
consumable, key spare parts, price, maintenance history, etc.
2. Collect the CT & standard direct labor information for each machine or line, make the
capacity planning & usage for each machine, each plant.
3. Make the standard cost card for each machine or line & support sales team to make
quotation for new project.
4. Study the new project, make the equipment & facility planning, define the equipment &
facility requirements, make RFQ(SOR) for new equipment or line, etc.
5. Follow up the new equipment sourcing progress, main role of the trial run on supplier
site & pre-acceptance, transfer to plant equipment engineer and make the final
acceptance.
6. Make & update the layout for new plant.
7. Make the facility planning, requirements & follow up the progress, pre-acceptance,
transfer to plant facility engineer.
Technology skill:
1. Familiar with many equipments & mechanism & process, include mechanical, hydraulic
& pneumatic, electrical system. Familiar with interior equipments & process is prefers.
Such as, injection, lamination (hot press, vacuum), IMG(inner mold graining), Slush,
Flaming treatment, robot weakness (scoring), foaming, punching machine, etc.
2. Familiar with non-standard machine design & manufacture procedure.
3. Familiar with new plant layout design, have sense of lean manufacture, material flow
principle, etc.
4. Familiar with the facility, such as, electrical transformer, pressure air supply, cooling
water cycle, work shop decoration, etc.
Education and Background Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with 5 years overall Engineer or process working experience in Multinational
Company, mechanical-electrical or automatic control major is prefers.
2. Team Player with good communication and interpersonal skill.
3. Good CAD Skill, 3D software is plus.
4. Good English Skill, at least can read English email.
