职位描述
. Key Responsibilities
? Manage housekeeping staff and reception staff
? Manage mailroom
? Insure the general up keep of the facility in terms of cleanliness and office repairs
? Manage Office Moves
? Maintain standards program
? Budget preparation and analysis
? Invoice coding
? Maintaining adequate supplies and order as necessary ,as it relates to the facility
? Liaison with building staff, vendors & other departmental and company employees
Education & Experience
? Bachelor degree or above
? Fluent English oral and written skills
? Facilities experience in a corporate environment
? Experience in managing a cleaning or porter staff
? Knowledge of space planning, coordination, interpersonal skills
? 2-3 years management experience
? Good commands of MS office and other office equipment
Other Characteristics / Competencies
? Must be a strategic thinker and possess strong problem solving skills
? Excellent communication skills and public relations management skills
? Ability to multi-task effectively
? Possess strong customer service skills, work well with all levels of management staff and external service providers
? High sense of responsibility and able to work into details
