职位描述
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Develop process in inventory management, establish and maintain stock distribution accounting in AX according to PRC standard and group requirement;
- Responsible for head office inventory accounting and stock system, reconcile invoices and stock receipt in AX system, maintain relevant journal entries in AX Finance system;
- Responsible for inventory accounting among warehouse, head office and stores, perform periodical audit of stores/warehouse inventory, supervision of store inventory;
- Ability to obtain and collate information from different sources includes CBR, Cargo, 3rd parties etc.;
- Stock Accounting experience including matching principles and variance analysis / clearance;
- Ability to create and maintain a strong inventory control environment;
- Ability to identify control weaknesses and offer solutions;
- Ability to communicate effectively internally and outside the business specifically communication with UK Group, 3rd party providers e.g. Cargo Services;
- Assist in systems controls and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions;
- Assist Finance Manager in coordinating and performing month-end closing activities, including prepare closing checklist, release and follow-up time schedule, prepare journal entries, manage stock accrual etc.;
- Support and maintain all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the inventory process;
- Assist in year-end audit, draft of statutory accounts;
- Carry out other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
- Stock accounting experience
- Good analytical approach with a strong attention to detail
- Good team player
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Previous retail financial experience in a relevant role
- Good IT skills including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within an international brand in a relevant financial role
- ERP system experiences, i.e. Microsoft AX
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Recognised qualification in Accounting;
- Proven successful track record;
- Degree level education beneficial.
- Create successful control on inventory system
- Maintain integrity of all transactions in AX Finance
