Main responsibilities:

-？？？？？？？？？ Frequently communicate with front-line managers to understand the business strategy and operation, and then anticipate/identify potential needs for change based on a thoughtful analysis of the company’s current stage

-？？？？？？？？？ Contribute to the development, implementation, and management of the organization development programs to fulfil the short-term and/or long-term ambitions of the organization

-？？？？？？？？？ Coach and support line-managers to improve organizational, team and individual performance

-？？？？？？？？？ Facilitator for change management, organizational design, talent management, career management, learning & development, and leadership development solutions

-？？？？？？？？？ Identify and develop Key Talent; build and implement Succession Plan

Requirements:

-？？？？？？？？？ Bachelor degree or above in HR or Business Administration related

-？？？？？？？？？ More than 5 years HR generalist, OD, or consultancy related working experience at a reputable company

-？？？？？？？？？ Good understanding in Corporate Strategy and HR knowledge, including but not limited to model, tools and methodology

-？？？？？？？？？ Excellent communication skill and presentation skill, and Accessibility of reading English

-？？？？？？？？？ Open minded, team player, and process-focused
