职位描述
Key Accountabilities
1. PLM data management and maintenance ( K#, AWB#, Text field, Sample ship dates, costing data upload checking etc)
2. Development samples production control & schedule tracking: PPR/PFR/SMS
3. CTR/Buy Ready tracking ( before TD: 2D BP, lea standard, last/pattern cnfm + BOM, swatch book, cnfm smpl)
4. Development reports ( allocation sheet, PPR/PFR/SMS tracking & shipping reports)
5. Keep Indonesia, India & Vietnams data/report tracking in the loop
6. Development sample payment check & release
7. Development sample excess payment.
8. Provide professional training to all relevant vendors with existing systems (EC-ship, OVA, PLM)

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
1. Degree or diploma preferred
2. Minimum of 5 years of footwear sample production control leadership experience
3. Extensive experience in adapting to business related systems (Word, Excel, PDM/PLM, SAP typical)
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills
5. Mandarin and English Fluency (spoken and written)
