职位描述:

主要工作职责包括但不限于：

1.为公司员工，经理，总部同事预订机票，酒店，签证申请等差旅安排；

2.如有需要，进行文件资料翻译；

3.每月向行政部经理汇报办公室资产库存情况；

4.根据办公室资产库存情况，向行政部经理提出每月办公用品申请，并获得批准；

5.向财务部及行政部经理汇报每周机票信息，办公室开支情况；

6.如有电子产品（计算机、打印机、照相机、网络及电话等）问题，及时与服务公司联系并解决；

7.制作并更新行政相关的各种表格（如联系单，机票申请单等）；

8.新员工接待及管理；

9.办公设备的使用及基本维护；

10.办公用品或其他物品的采购；

11.由公司管理层安排的其他事务；

12.由行政部经理安排的其他行政事务；

13.车辆及司机使用管理；

14.协助其他的部门完成日常事务（财务部，服装部，器材部，物流部等）；

15.协助公司各种事务及活动；

17.潜在发展发向为行政专员

申请资格及要求:

- 本科以上学历，英语专业八级，或俄语专业，良好的语言能力和书写能力

- 熟练掌握办公自动化

- 一年以上行政相关工作经验

- 友善，乐观，勤奋，开朗，善于沟通，细心，有团队精神

Job Description：
Administration is a miscellaneous supporting position, maintaining well-balanced office operation; detailed and scrupulous working attitude is the uppermost.
1.Dealing with all travel and meeting arrangements for Colleagues, managers and HQ colleagues including hotel reservation and tickets booking etc. (flights booking, visa application, hotel booking etc)
2.Translation of company documents if necessary
3.Office Inventory Monthly Check and report to Admin Manager
4.Based on the demands of office inventory and potential needs (discussion with Admin manager), make monthly application of office requirements with final approval.
5.Weekly reports of ticket information, office balance to Financial dept and Admin Manager
6.Contact with IT Company about IT or Tele problems;
7.Make Varies of office tables and forms related to Admin and update them (connecting line, flight application etc.)
8.New comer reception and management;
9.The use of Office equipment and basic maintenance knowledge
10.Purchasing of office supplies and other items;
11.All additional tasks appointed by Senior Managers of the company;
12.Other admin works appointed by Admin Manager;
13.Assist for Car and Driver Management
14.Have to cooperate with all the other depts in the company during daily work (Financial, Apparel SE&FE, and Logistics dept etc)
15.Support company events and other activities;
16.Potential position for future promotion is Administration Specialist


Requirements:
- Major in English (TEM-8) or Russian. Good English speaking and written skills
- Familiar with MS Office
- Above 1 year Admin related working experience
- Easy going, optimistic, hardworking and open-character, good negotiation skills, careful, team spirit.
