Postgres SQL L2 engineer

Description:

1. Work as a technical L2 support team member

2. Make technical investigation according to call and question from customer.

3. Normal working at daytime, but can response to call according to emergency situations (24 hours standby via mobile phone in a rotation shift basis).

4. Communicate with L1, and can express clearly what the problem is to L1.

Qualifications:

1. Japanese level at or above JLPT-2

2. Can think and take action from customer's viewpoint.

3. Self-motivation, has passion for technical studying

4. Experience of development using oracle/other database or Supporting oracle/other database product for 2 years above

5. Can understand what the C/C++ and SQL functions for by reading the source code

6. Certification of Oracle Gold (OCP)/Silver(OCA),or OSS-DB is a plus.

7. Good team player: ability and willingness to communicate with other L1/L2 members

Primary Skill: C/C++ Application Development; Oracle Database Installation, Configutation, TroubleShooting; Database PL/SQL Development
