Job Mission:
- Overall management of the store.
- Report to China Retai Operation Director.

Job Description:
- Set up yearly sales target and yearly work goals for store;
- Lead team to reach sales target and KPI goals;
- Consistently maintain highest degree of customer service to guaranty customer's loyalty;
- Develop and motivate staff through goal setting, on job training and regular work feedback to help them to reach the next level;
- Ensure high standard of visual merchandising in the store to attract customer;
- Merchandise management in the store;
- Sales process organization and control;
- Interrelations with the government authorities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Min. 10 years’ working experience in Retail industrial, Min. 5 years’ managerial experience in Store Operation, experience in Sports Retail is a plus;
- Excellent management skills (experience of managing a team of at least 15 people;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Understanding of the retail business peculiarities;
- Result-focused, client-oriented;
- Good command of computer skills
- Good command of English
- Willingness and ability to work in a Team.

Remarks:
- The candidates who have successfully passed the final interview go for training to Moscow at the Company’s expense (training duration is 23 days)
