Responsibilities:

主要职责

- Achieve company’s annual sales target, including financial and customer coverage.

达成公司和其商定的年度销售任务,包括财务方面和客户覆盖方面

- Promote AJV full range of products and solutions such as protection, industrial communications, software etc. in related area.

在制定的区域推广AJV全系列产品和解决方案:保护、工业通讯、软件等

- Influence design institute and end users’ proposal and technical specifications.

在设计院和最终用户侧影响需求书和技术规格书

- Have deep understanding of customers’ technology requirements. Work with company’s technical support team to develop valuable application programmes to customer. And communicate with customer effectively about these programmes.

对客户的技术要求有较深的理解,并可以和公司的技术支持人员开发对客户有价值的应用方案,并和客户有效沟通这些方案

- Develop new partners in their region actively, including resellers and system integrators.

积极在其区域开发新的合作伙伴,包括经销商和系统集成商

- Provide training to customers in their region. Strengthen their awareness and identity of GE products and solutions.

给区域内的客户提供培训,加强其对GE产品和方案的认知和认同

- Participate in important projects bidding in the region. Have the ability to prepare bidding documents of company direct-sign contract and bidding work. Or have the ability to provide professional support to bidding integrators.

Qualifications Required:

人员要求

- Bachelor degree in electric system automation. Or bachelor above degree of electrical engineering, control engineering.

拥有电力系统自动化学士学位,或电气工程、控制工程学士以上学历

- More than 3 years sales experience of relay protection, monitor, or industrial communication devices and systems. Have good relationship and cognitive with regional market customers (users, design institutes, Panel builder , system integrators).

至少3年以上继电保护、监控或者工业通信装置及系统的销售经验,对区域市场客户群(用户、设计院、盘厂、系统集成商)有良好的关系和认知。

- Have strong ability of understanding customer needs and configuring appropriate application programmes.具有很强的了解客户需求并配置出适当的应用方案的能力

- Have strong ability of communication, presentation and demonstration skills.

具有很强的交际能力和讲演示范技能

- Have strong project management skills and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Customer oriented and achieve performance targets.
