Responsibilities:

Supports the Buying Department in all issues related to measurements, fitting, workmanship and quality.

• Analyses and approves all samples (offer, production and delivery) with regard to workmanship and fitting standards/technical details.
• Communicates with suppliers regarding technical and fitting issues or samples
• Performs in-line inspection at factories where appropriate
• Performs Final Inspection in the Distribution Centre where appropriate
• Establishes fitting and quality standards for products in team, ensuring consistency
• Supports the buyers and design team in technical matters of fitting and workmanship during the product development phase
• Reviews and analyzes customer complaints related to workmanship and technical failures
• Has contact with external service providers with regard to fitting, grading and sizing issues

Profile:

• Technical Knowledge (garment measuring and fitting)
• Good Computer skills
• At least 2-5 years relevant experience; sizing and grading in relevant industry
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Good communication skill
• Good team player, can work under pressure
• Fashion Feeling
