职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Create a strong team with a clear structure to support the different technologies and departments.
2. Technical control or support related to formula such as new product scale-up, E&R, substitution, optimization, troubleshooting.
3. Lead process & technical support to improve quality, production efficieny & cost saving through operation by: Optimize production process, Look for rework process on NCR product, Stability test and related experiment on FGs Sourcing proper RMs in case of supply shortage and quality issue.
4. NCR investigation.
Essential:
1. Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Biochemistry/Food Technology.
2. At least five years or more Technical Support/QC related experience in Flavors / Fragrances or food processing industry.
3. Basic knowledge on Flavors / Fragrances or food processing analytical testing, e.g. sensory, microbiology, GC, titration etc.
4. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skill to win and maintain the respect of people and get their support and cooperation.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred:
1. Good understand of GMP, HACCP and ISO.
2. Experience in SAP application / Basic knowledge on Flavors / Fragrances or food processing analytical testing, e.g. sensory, microbiology, GC, titration etc.
