Rsponsibilities:
*Draw up and manage the policy and development plan of laboratory
*Manage quality assurance system ( ISO17025) of the laboratory
*Develop new tests according to customer needs
*Train the team and develop the team member
*Inform and communicate about the lab activity
*Ensure running of the laboratory
*Manage external and supplier laboratories
*Manage Lab team project according to company development vision & customer needs


Requirements:
*Bachelor degree or above, major in textile or garment engineering will be a plus
* 5 years experience on industrial / science / engineering, textile or testing background will be a plus;
*Good organization and communication skills, service oriented and strong sense of responsibility
*Team management experience
*Proficient in English
*Like and practice sport
