Mechanical Engineer/Mechanical Designer

Qualification

1. Major in mechanical or related, 2 or 3 years experience on mechanical design

2. Skilled at software like Autocad/Solidworks/Pro-E

3. Skilled to use kind of measurement equipment and good at measurement

4. Familiar with metal material and plastic material frequently used in the market；

5. Understand how to create BOM and code the drawings and part or component

6. Can read information and technical file in English, be able to create all drawings in English

7. Good teamwork and be able to work under high stress

8. Understanding of metal tube fabrication like bending, stamping and welding is preferable

9. Understanding of surface treatment like chrome plated, powder coating as well as liquid painting is preferable

10. Station in Shanghai office

Job content

1. Measure the existing products and finalize BOM and drawings including 3D drawings, part drawing and exploded drawings

2. Maintenance the drawings and BOM effective

3. Responsible to create and maintenance code of BOM and drawings by different categories

4. Design the new mechanical and/or product based on input from market, product manager and/or project engineer

5. Work closely with project engineers to finalize drawings and explain the drawings to suppliers
